Who are we looking for?

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE TO START. THIS PROGRAM IS BEGINNER FRIENDLY!

  • Must be willing to come to our facility 3 days per week. It only takes an hour!

  • Classes Available: 5:30AM, 9:30AM, 5:30PM, and 6:45PM.

  • 8 Slots available per class time!

  • Must commit to the challenge. The first week is without a doubt the hardest. We need people who are determined and will be here till the end to reap the benefits of all their hard work.

  • Must be willing to document our program’s success.

  • Do you like group fitness classes? If yes, this is for you! Being in a group environment will help push you to a place you never thought you could go. This is a place where hard work is encouraged and respected through teamwork and support.

  • Must be committed to making this change. This will only work if you match the confidence our coach has in you.  

  • This is not a "biggest loser" type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome. 

  • Our bootcamp is beginner friendly. You can make the workouts as difficult or as easy as you want.

  • The most important requirement of our bootcamp is.... you must have fun!

We modify the workouts to your skill level and work around any previous injuries you may have.

Challenge is Designed to give you not only fast results in the 8 weeks, but we give you all of the tools you need to sustain those results and even continue getting them!  

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Sign up! 

  • Challenge Period: August 15th-October 7th

  • Introductory to CrossFit 304 Bootcamp Classes: August 15th, August 17th, & August 19th. 

    • Before photos (if you want them). 

    • Go over various exercises.      

    • Write down your goals. 

    • Prepare participants for the upcoming classes.

  • Final day of CrossFit 304 Bootcamp: October 7th

    • After photos (if you want them).

    • Testimonials.

    • Goal review.

  • If a bootcamp participant wishes to sign up for a 12 month membership after the 8 weeks, they will receive 10% off of their monthly membership cost!
